This price includes two toggles. This is sufficient for one mask. Each mask would need 2 toggles (1 for each set of strings) in order to switch from tying strings into a bow.
Ex: 1 order of toggles would be needed for each mask.
 
If you do not order toggles, masks must be tied behind the head.
